Acceptable Use Policy

The Service must not be used to generate, host or distribute:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any content liable to endanger or exploit a minor (art. 227-23 of the French Criminal Code).
• Any intimate or sexual content depicting an identifiable real person without their explicit consent (art. 226-2-1 of the French Criminal Code).
• Deepfakes intended to defame, harass, defraud, or impersonate a real person without their consent (art. 226-8 and 226-8-1 of the French Criminal Code).
• Any content inciting racial, ethnic or religious hatred, violence, terrorism, glorification of crimes, discrimination or suicide (Act of 29 July 1881, art. 421-2-5 of the French Criminal Code).
• Any content infringing third-party intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy or related rights.
• Any disinformation likely to manipulate an electoral process or public health decisions.
• Any realistic depiction of violent crimes, acts of torture, scenes of cruelty or gratuitous shock material.
• Any content aiming to circumvent the Service's safety filters, quotas, credit pricing or billing.
• Any resale, rental or sub-licensing of raw access to the Service or its API without prior written authorization from Novarys Systems.

• Hold the necessary rights to every prompt, reference image or content submitted (copyright, image rights, trademarks).
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (in particular French and European), including the transparency obligations under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence ("AI Act").
• Clearly indicate, when publishing or distributing AI-generated content depicting real people, public events or sensitive topics, that the content is artificially generated (art. 50 of the AI Act).
• Preserve the confidentiality of credentials and, where applicable, of any linked wallet.

Novarys Systems may, at its discretion and without prior notice: remove content, suspend or close an account, refuse a transaction, retain the data necessary to cooperate with the authorities, and report any facts constituting an offense to the competent authorities (notably PHAROS, the French national platform for reporting illegal online content). Credits consumed by non-compliant generations are not refunded.

To report a violation or request the removal of content, write to support@motioncreator.studio specifying: your identity, the URL or identifier of the content in question, the reason for your request and any supporting evidence. Reports of child sexual abuse material may also be sent directly to internet-signalement.gouv.fr (PHAROS).
